What I Saw at the Emerson

The night before, it was raining hard, pouring like torrent.

I worried our 6th Golf Outing next day - 9/22, even though

I have been saying "No Rain on the Golf Course".

But

We cannot do anything when they close the course, because

of too wet and flooded condition - to protect their course.

I slept with worry,

But

When I work up in the morning, as I said before, I heard birds

singing. As you know, Rain chases Birds away. In the rain,

you cannot hear Birds singing - that is my life experience.

I fed my birds, looked over the Hudson River from my terrace with

relief. "Thank God - Rain Stopped!"

I was in a hurry to prepare myself for the day - took shower, wore

long sleeves(for the first time of the year for playing golf, went to

my hospital to make round to say hello to my patients) and got on

the highway to go to the Emerson. As usual, I played CDs in my car

- Andrea Bocelli, and my favorite Korean Pop Songs, and etc- until

I arrived at the Emerson.

Familiar faces - who are always there for preparing, Mr. Cha Ho-sung,

and Mr. Lee Sun-hyung - I could see, and I was happy to see them

and Thankful for their Efforts and Sacrifices for us for the day of outing.

Before we started, all wore "Jingolhoe"'s new viser - which Li sunbaenim

Designed and Made for us.

And we began for the day - Playing Golf!

"What A Miracle - today's fine weather is!"

We all talked about the Pouring Rain and Fine Early Autumn Day

afterwards.

My game of the golf was so so, but as usual, I didn't care much.

      Rather, I kept looking at the blue sky and floating clouds.

                And I was thinking of passing-by "Se-Wol".

Shelly said he saw "The Wind" - I was seeing "Autumn" in

a little chilly wind and Autumn leaves all over the course.

Ah~

Already

"Ga-eul(autumn)?"

            xxx-xxx-xxx

I heard

Kee-jung was saying - like saying to himself

"Se-wol-i

Cha~m

Bba-reu-ne"

( Time passes by so fast, doesn't it?)

Yes, Kee-jung, time passes by so fast.

And I saw Snow falling on the course, dreadfully,

in my imaginary visual world.

Another year going by,

So our another chapter of our life - will be closed.

But...

but...

"Jingolhoe" will go on, no matter what.
